An Affordable Pathway to a Top Engineering Degree

As a parent, family member, or caregiver to a high school student, you’re an integral part of their college experience—and you play a pivotal role in choosing where to pursue their degree. Help your student make a smart choice that will position them for future success by encouraging them to apply for the Texas A&M Engineering Academies, an innovative co-enrollment program between the Texas A&M College of Engineering and community colleges across Texas.

If accepted into the program, your student can save as much as $50,000 on their Texas A&M engineering degree. They’ll take math, science, and core curriculum course through a local community college—at community college tuition—and engineering courses taught by Texas A&M faculty permanently assigned to their campus. After a minimum of two semesters or a maximum of four semesters, they’ll transitioning to the prestigious Texas A&M College of Engineering in College Station to finish their degree.
